How to Book Your Private Event

Fill Out the Event Inquiry Form

Head to the Private Events section of our website and complete the event inquiry form. Share details like your preferred date, estimated guest count, and type of event.

Alternatively, Send Us an Email

Prefer email? Reach out directly to our events team at events@boostcafe.com with your event details and any questions you have.

Consult with Our Events Team

A member of our events team will get back to you within 1–2 business days to discuss your vision, walk you through available packages, and confirm space availability.

Finalize the Details

Once you’ve agreed on the date, space, and package, we’ll send over a formal event agreement outlining everything — timeline, menu selections, AV needs, and more.

Secure Your Booking with a Deposit

Sign the agreement and submit your deposit to lock in your event date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.

Lead Time & Availability

We recommend reaching out as early as possible to ensure your preferred date is available. As a general guide:
  • Standard bookings: Inquire at least 2 weeks in advance
  • Weekends & holidays: Plan for 4 or more weeks of lead time, as these slots fill quickly

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date. This deposit goes toward your total event cost but cannot be returned if the event is cancelled. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact our events team as soon as possible — we’ll do everything we can to accommodate changes based on availability, though the deposit remains non-refundable. We strongly encourage reaching out early so we have the best chance of finding an alternative solution for you.
