How It Works

Earning is simple: you get 1 Boost Point for every $1 spent, no matter how you order. Points stack up whether you’re ordering at the counter, shopping through our website, or placing an order through the Boost app. Every latte, every bag of beans, every slice of banana bread counts. Once you’ve accumulated 100 points, you can redeem them for $1 in reward credit — applied instantly in the app or at the counter when you’re ready to treat yourself.

How to Join

Joining is completely free and takes less than two minutes. Pick the option that works best for you:

Download the Boost App or Visit Our Website

Head to boostcafe.com or download the Boost Café app on iOS or Android. Tap Join Rewards and fill in your name and email address.

Create Your Account

Set a password, confirm your email, and your Rewards account is live. Your points balance starts at zero — but not for long.

Start Earning

Log in before you order (in-app, online, or by scanning your app at the counter) and every dollar you spend will automatically be added to your balance.

Prefer to Join In-Store?

No problem — just ask any barista at the counter and they’ll get you set up with a Rewards account on the spot. You can always link it to the app later.

Reward Tiers

As your points grow, so do your perks. There are three tiers in the Boost Café Rewards program, each one richer than the last.
The Roasted tier is where every member begins — and it already comes with real benefits. You’re officially part of the Boost family the moment you sign up.Your Roasted perks:
  • 🎂 Free birthday drink — enjoy a complimentary drink of your choice during your birthday month
  • 🏷️ 10% off every 10th visit — your loyalty is tracked automatically; the discount applies at checkout
  • Access to member-only promotions and bonus point events

Redeeming Your Points

When you’re ready to cash in, redeeming is effortless:
  • In the app: Go to Rewards → Redeem Points, choose the amount you’d like to apply, and it’ll be deducted from your next order automatically.
  • At the counter: Let your barista know you’d like to redeem points before they ring you up. They’ll apply your reward credit on the spot.
The conversion rate is always 100 points = $1 reward credit. You can redeem in any increment of 100 points, and credits can be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

Points Expiry

To keep your account active, make sure you earn or redeem at least one point every 12 months. If your account is inactive for a full year, any accumulated points will expire. You’ll receive a reminder email before this happens, so you’ll always have a chance to pop in for a coffee and keep your balance alive.

Double Points Tuesdays are your best friend. Every Tuesday, every purchase earns 2x Boost Points instead of the usual 1x — so if you’re planning a big order or want to level up your tier faster, Tuesday is the day to do it.
  • Double Points Tuesdays: Earn 2 points per $1 spent, every Tuesday, all day.
  • Special promo days: Throughout the year, we run limited-time bonus point events tied to new product launches, seasonal menus, and community celebrations. Follow us on social or enable app notifications so you never miss one.
