Physical Boost Café gift cards are available exclusively in-store at the counter. They come in a sleek branded sleeve — ready to gift straight away.Available amounts: 10,10, 20, 25,25, 50, $100, or a custom amount of your choice.Perfect for gifting in person, including in greeting cards or as part of a hamper. Just ask any barista and they’ll load the card with your chosen amount.

📱 Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are available online at boostcafe.com and through the Boost Café app. They’re delivered instantly via email — great for last-minute gifts or sending love from a distance.Available amounts: 10,10, 20, 25,25, 50, $100, or a custom amount of your choice.The recipient receives a unique card number and barcode they can use immediately in the app or at the counter.

How to Purchase

You can pick up or send a gift card through any of the following channels:
  • In-store: Visit any Boost Café location and ask a barista at the counter to load a physical gift card with your chosen amount.
  • Online: Head to boostcafe.com/gift-cards, select your amount, enter the recipient’s email address, and check out securely.
  • Via the app: Open the Boost Café app, tap Gift Cards in the menu, choose your amount, and send it directly to any email address.

How to Redeem

Redeeming your gift card is quick and easy, however you’re ordering.

In the App

Open the Boost Café app and go to Wallet → Add Gift Card. Enter your card number or scan the barcode. The balance will be added to your app wallet and applied automatically at checkout.

In-Store with a Physical Card

At the counter, tap your physical gift card on the card reader when prompted to pay — it works just like a contactless payment. Alternatively, hand the card to your barista and they’ll swipe or enter the card number for you.

In-Store with a Digital Card

Open your gift card email or the Boost app and display the barcode. Your barista will scan it at the register, and the balance will be deducted from your card.

Online or Delivery Orders

At checkout on the website or app, select Gift Card as your payment method and enter your card number. Any remaining balance after your order will stay on the card for future use.

Checking Your Balance

Keeping tabs on your gift card balance is easy:
  • In the app: Tap Wallet to see your current gift card balance at a glance.
  • Online: Visit boostcafe.com/gift-cards and enter your card number to check your balance.
  • In-store: Just ask any barista — they’re happy to look it up for you.

Fees, Expiry & Where You Can Use It

Boost Café gift cards come with no fees and no expiry date. There are no activation fees, no dormancy fees, and no maintenance charges — ever. Your balance stays intact until you’re ready to spend it, whether that’s tomorrow or two years from now.
Gift cards are accepted across the full range of Boost Café ordering options:
  • ✅ In-store purchases at any Boost Café location
  • ✅ Online orders via boostcafe.com
  • ✅ Delivery orders placed through the app
  • ❌ Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards

Lost or Stolen Cards

If your physical or digital gift card is lost or stolen, act quickly. Email us at hello@boostcafe.com with your proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) and we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement for any remaining balance. Please note that we’re unable to replace balances on cards without proof of purchase, and we cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use before a loss is reported.
