Create an Account or Continue as Guest
Head to the Boost Café app or website to get started. You can create a free account in under a minute — all you need is an email address and a password. An account lets you save your favorite orders, earn loyalty points, and store payment details for faster checkout next time. Prefer not to sign up? You’re also welcome to order as a guest with just your name and email.
Browse the Menu
Explore the full Boost Café menu at your leisure — no queue pressure. You’ll find all our drinks, food, and seasonal specials clearly laid out by category. Tap any item to see a description, available customizations, and pricing.
Add Items to Your Cart
Tap Add to Cart on any item you’d like to order. You can keep adding items as you browse. Your cart is always visible at the bottom of the screen (app) or in the top navigation (website), so it’s easy to review as you go.
Customize Your Items
Before adding each item to your cart, you’ll be prompted to customize it. Options include:
- Milk type — whole, oat, almond, soy, or coconut
- Sweetness level — none, light, regular, or extra sweet
- Extras — additional espresso shots, flavor syrups, toppings, and more
- Size — where applicable
Choose Your Pickup Location and Time
Select your preferred Boost Café location from the list of available stores. Then choose a pickup time slot — you can order as far in advance as the same day, or schedule for later in the day. We’ll have your order ready right on time.
Pay Online
Review your cart, then head to checkout. We accept all the same payment methods as in-store, plus a few extras for your convenience:
- Credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Boost Café app balance — top up your account balance and use it for orders
- Saved cards — if you have an account, your payment details are securely stored for one-tap checkout
Arrive and Collect Your Order
When you arrive at the café, head straight to the express pickup counter — no need to queue at the main counter. Your name and order number will be on your items, ready and waiting. If anything looks off or is missing, just flag down a team member and we’ll sort it out immediately.
Need to change or cancel your order? Modifications and cancellations must be made at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. You can manage your order in the app under My Orders or via the order confirmation link in your email. After the 10-minute window, orders are already being prepared and can no longer be modified.
