Getting a catering quote from Boost Café is quick and straightforward. Simply fill out our online form with a few details about your event, and your dedicated catering coordinator will follow up with a personalized quote within one business day. From there, we’ll work with you to refine the details, confirm your booking, and make sure everything is in place well before your event date.

How to Request a Quote

Fill Out the Online Quote Form

Visit boostcafe.com/catering/quote and complete the catering request form. The more detail you provide, the more accurate your initial quote will be. Here’s what you’ll need to include:

Receive Your Custom Quote

A Boost Café catering coordinator will review your submission and respond with a detailed, itemized quote within one business day. The quote will include package pricing, applicable delivery fees, and any notes about your specific requests.

Review and Refine

Take your time to look over the quote. If you’d like to adjust the package, swap menu items, change the headcount estimate, or ask any questions, simply reply to your coordinator. We’re happy to revise the quote until it’s exactly right for your event.

Confirm Your Booking

When you’re ready to proceed, your coordinator will send over a catering agreement for you to sign. To secure your date, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfer.

Submit Your Final Headcount

No later than 72 hours before your event, provide your catering coordinator with the final confirmed headcount. This allows us to prepare the right quantity of food and beverages and ensure everything arrives fresh.
The 72-hour final headcount deadline is firm. Changes submitted after this window may not be accommodated, and the deposit amount may be adjusted based on the originally confirmed headcount. Please plan accordingly and reach out early if you anticipate changes.

Pay the Remaining Balance

The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your event, either before or upon delivery. Your coordinator will confirm payment details in advance so there are no surprises on event day.
