How far in advance do I need to book catering?
How far in advance do I need to book catering?
We recommend booking at least 5–7 business days before your event to ensure availability and give us enough time to prepare a personalized quote. For larger events (50+ people) or full espresso bar service, two weeks or more is ideal. That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests — reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
What is your delivery area?
What is your delivery area?
Boost Café catering delivers throughout the local metro area. Delivery fees vary based on distance from our café. When you submit your quote request, include your full event address and we’ll confirm availability and any applicable delivery charges in your quote. For locations outside our standard delivery zone, please contact us to discuss options.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?
Absolutely. We take dietary needs seriously and work hard to accommodate a wide range of requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free, and halal options. Please list all dietary restrictions and allergies clearly in your quote request or share them with your catering coordinator as early as possible. While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, please note that our kitchen handles common allergens.
Do you provide serving equipment and utensils?
Do you provide serving equipment and utensils?
Yes — all catering packages include the serving equipment, platters, tongs, napkins, and disposable utensils needed for your event. For espresso bar service, we bring all the equipment required to make drinks on-site. If you have specific preferences for presentation (such as reusable serveware), let your coordinator know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
What happens if my guest count changes after booking?
What happens if my guest count changes after booking?
Headcount adjustments are expected and easy to handle, as long as they’re communicated in time. You can update your estimated count at any point before the 72-hour final headcount deadline. Changes submitted after that window may not be fully accommodated, and pricing may be based on the most recently confirmed count. If you expect significant fluctuations, let your coordinator know early so we can build in some flexibility.
Can I add a live espresso bar to any package?
Can I add a live espresso bar to any package?
Yes! The live espresso bar with an on-site barista is included in the Full Brew Event package, but it can also be added as an upgrade to the Morning Boost or Business Lunch packages for an additional per-person fee. Talk to your catering coordinator about adding espresso bar service to your booking and they’ll work it into your custom quote.

Cancellations made 5 or more business days before the event are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made between 2 and 4 business days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
